Our club activity in 2025 and 2026

With memories of last year’s season opening “Peter Merry” walk around Farnham very much to the fore eight of us were out and about on Wednesday evening in Aldershot for a spot of damp night-time street photography.

We had a good turn out for our visit to Farnham pottery, but firstly a huge thanks to Pat for arranging our visit.  The Pottery runs regular visitor tours and demonstrations as part of their Heritage Open Days programme, we were fortunate to be given our own private tour by pottery owner Guy after which we had the opportunity to wander around and take the photographs below.

Playfest! Aldershot’s action-packed day of hands-on play and games for all ages is back. Saturday 30 August.

The Views in Fleet, Hampshire, live music festival day. Mark Rendall and Mike Carrington were on hand to catch all the atmosphere.

With a wealth of mausolea and monuments, unusual flora, and its formal and informal landscaping Brookwood Cemetery offers a variety of photographic opportunities.

Our second summer recess walk  happened on the 23 July from Mile End Underground Station heading north on Grove Road to the entrance of Victoria Park.
